Cadisch GIGB will usually accept returns of items assumed faulty within 21 days of delivery but reserve the right to test all returned equipment before replacements or refunds are appointed. In general, Cadisch GIGB does not accept returns for unwanted or special order items with the exception of when the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply.
In the event that Cadisch GIGB Ltd, at its discretion, agrees to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the goods must be returned with Cadisch GIGB Ltd’s written agreement within seven days of delivery. The goods must be unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition. (Please note that these dates are those by which any returns must be received back into our warehouse, so please allow up to ten working days for your goods to reach us).
